Script Summary: TeX the World

This is not my script! It was written by the folks at TeX The World (linked under "Script Homepage" above).

This version has been modified for users of Reddit.com. It will now default to using Google's Chart API for equations of less than 200 characters to take some of the load off of the CodeCogs servers. Longer equations won't be rendered in Google's Chart API, so they'll get sent to the CodeCogs renderer as usual.

It will also cache content using the Coral Content Distribution Network's caching capabilities, in order to keep equations from perpetually being re-rendered by either the Google Chart API or the CodeCogs service.

To turn caching off, simply click the link added in the TexTheWorld box added to the Reddit sidebar. Caching is automatically disabled when re-rendering the image by double-clicking on it and then double-clicking on the formula again (the usual behavior for TexTheWorld).

Otherwise everything works exactly as it does in the standard TexTheWorld script.
