Hi Mr. Vy Ho!
First thanks for this great script! i've used it for some time. The other day I believe an update might have changed it. I suddenly can not see the text on the righthandside screen. I've tried everything in the preferences menu i can think of to get it back, but I can't find it. Any suggestion what might have happened? Thank You!

Vy Ho Posted Feb 21, 2014 9:30pm

johndoe321, I changed to right layout as the default. However, you can go to the "Preferences" link, and change it to "left to right" , and then make sure to click "50%" link to relayout.

johndoe321 Posted Jan 20, 2014 8:20pm

Why is everything on the right now instead of the left?

dbeast420 Posted Nov 30, 2012 11:26pm

everything was working fine and now all of the text is jumbled and on top of each other. Fusion is a cannot do with out extension. screen shot is available if needed

Vy Ho Posted Oct 24, 2010 7:58pm

Change the value to []
To clear them out properly.

Vy Ho Posted Oct 24, 2010 7:53pm

Actually, search for GreaseMonkey
The exact key is: Fusion.spam.list

Vy Ho Posted Oct 24, 2010 7:51pm

Can you try to open a new browser window, close all other windows.
Next, type into the address:
Search for CraigslistFusion
You'll see the entry that you can delete.
Close the window, and open to see if it's gone.</enter>

Is there a way to clear the program’s cache? The spam button stays checked despite clearing the browser cache. I’ve even tried changing my WAN IP, using CCleaner, disabling and re-enabling the program, and uninstalling and reinstalling both add-ons; i.e., GreaseMonkey and Craigslist Fusion, but the check still remains. I don’t see a setting for clearing the history/cache within the program either. Any ideas? Thanks?

I think you have a different issue outside of Craigslist Fusion. Probably go to Firefox Options/Preferences, and change the way Firefox handles email link. It's in there.

Kit Hayden Posted Mar 14, 2010 5:20pm

Mr. Ho,

I will try this and let you know what happens.

Thank you!

Again, great work!

Vy Ho Posted Mar 13, 2010 12:35am

I went to this page:

and everything works as expected.
Would you please confirm that the GreaseMonkey plugin itself (not Craigslist Fusion) is up to date?

Also, would you mind try another computer if you happen to have access to that?
The error is rather strange.

You can also do this:
1) Quit/exit/close out of all Firefox windows
2) Go to your user profile location, and rename the folder
3) Start Firefox and install all the plugins again.
4) Go back to the backed up profile and copy the bookmark file so that you can import into the new profile.

The location of the profile in Windows XP is:

"C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles"</username>

Would you please tell me what Firefox version you're using? Would you mind disable other Craigslist plugin/scripts that you may have and try this to see if it works or not? Restart the web browser would help too.
Also, go to the Firefox's Tools menu->Error Console, clear the error list, then refresh a Craigslist listing, then view the Error Console again to see if there is any error there. Post it here if you find it. I would definitely be glad to troubleshoot it further.

Hey Wy Ho,

Love the script! It was working great. Not sure what version but installed it in late January. Haven't used it during February. Today I installed the newest version.

FYI I did not uninstall the version I had been using previous. I saw this and de-installed both and reinstalled the latest available version.

It didn't perform. So I de-istalled with "delete associated preferences" checked. Then reinstalled.

Still no dice!

Great script. Worked great. Sounds like the improvements will be nice too.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot the best add-on available out there for craigslist? Period.

This is what greasemonkey is all about. Really great work!

Vy Ho Posted Feb 24, 2010 12:15am

I'll add an option for doing this.

PsycoGeek Posted Nov 11, 2009 1:34pm

Clicking on an e-mail link does not pop open a default client (Thunderbird) e-mail after un-installing it and removing preferences. It still acts as if the script is installed.

w33ble Posted Oct 13, 2009 9:51pm

I agree with orangechicken. I wouldn't have to disable it completely if it would just go away on its own.

orangechicken Posted Sep 21, 2009 1:24am

The preview image pop-up should go away on roll off.
